严重打结、实际停车费、现场加购或符合条款的超时服务可能调整金额；任何额外收费都会先说明并征得同意。Severe matting, actual parking costs, on-site add-ons or qualifying overtime may change the total. We will explain the reason and ask for your approval before any additional charge.
改期或取消请至少提前 24 小时通知。Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.
请如实填写宠物健康与行为；现场没有通水、排水、电源或安全操作空间时，服务无法进行。Please provide accurate health and behavior information. Service cannot be performed without running water, drainage, electricity or a safe working area.

1. 预约与价格确认 · Booking & price confirmation页面显示的金额包含所选套餐、已选附加项目和路费。严重打结、实际停车费、现场加购或符合本条款的超时服务可能调整金额；任何额外收费都会在处理或收费前说明并征得您的同意。The displayed amount includes the selected package, add-ons and travel. Any adjustment will be explained and approved before work or charging.

2. 取消 / 改期 · Cancellation & reschedule改期或取消请至少提前 24 小时通知；如遇临时情况，请尽快联系客服。目前不收取取消费用。Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for changes or cancellation. If plans change unexpectedly, contact us as soon as possible. No cancellation fee currently applies.

3. 现场条件与迟到 · On-site conditions & late arrival请提供通水、可排水、有电源且安全的操作空间。条件不具备或宠物完全无法配合时服务无法进行，并按已产生的上门成本处理。主人迟到 20 分钟以上可能收取路费及误工费或取消服务。Water, drainage, power and a safe workspace are required. If service cannot proceed, incurred travel costs apply.

4. 宠物与环境准备 · Pet & environment preparation请提前安抚宠物，建议服务前 1–2 小时不喂食，并留出足够操作空间。Settle your pet, avoid feeding 1–2 hours prior, and leave enough workspace.

5. 洗护用品 · Supplies用品由 ForPaws 提供；指定用品、过敏等特殊需求请提前说明。For special products or allergies, tell us in advance.

6. 付款 · Payment服务完成后当场或 24 小时内通过 Cash 或 EMT 付款。Payment is due on completion or within 24 hours by cash or EMT.

7. 超时与开结 · Overtime & dematting标准洗护每只约 2–2.5 小时；开结 $1/分钟。若因宠物行为、卫生状况或主人干扰导致单只宠物超过 3 小时，超时部分 $20/半小时，收费前会先确认。Dematting is $1/min. After 3 hours, qualifying overtime is $20 per 30 minutes and confirmed first.

8. 如实告知 · Honest disclosure请如实说明抓咬、强烈挣扎、过敏、癫痫、心脏或呼吸问题、皮肤病、传染病、开放性伤口、高龄、易应激、近期手术或长期用药等情况。若宠物不适合继续，我们会暂停或终止并沟通后续。Disclose behavior and medical risks truthfully. We may pause or stop if continuing is unsafe.

9. 跳蚤与寄生虫 · Fleas & parasites发现跳蚤或寄生虫会现场告知；可选择加购药浴 $20 继续，或终止服务并只收取路费。If found, choose a $20 medicated bath or stop with travel fee only.

10. 洗护师安全 · Groomer safety宠物出现不可控攻击行为时，洗护师可立即暂停或终止服务。Uncontrollable aggression may require immediate pause or termination.

11. 拍摄与宣传 · Photos & promotion只有您在下方单独选择同意后，才会拍摄宠物照片或短视频用于服务记录及宣传；不会拍摄家庭环境或个人信息。Photos are taken only with the separate opt-in below. Home and personal information are not shown.

12. 隐私 · Privacy联系方式、地址及宠物资料只用于本次预约和服务安排，不会对外提供。Your details are used only for booking and service arrangements.

13. 同意条款 · Agreement提交表单表示您已阅读并同意以上服务条款。拍摄与宣传授权为独立可选项目，不影响预约。Submitting means you agree to the service terms. Photo consent is separate and optional.
